Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy　- キャンセルポリシー –

Cancellations from 2 business days prior to the reservation date will be charged 50% of the booked meal price, and 100% of the booked meal price will be charged on the day before or the day of the reservation. Reservations from non-Japanese residents can only be made through the hotel concierge or online. 　

Due to seasonal availability, we will call you at least one day prior to your arrival to confirm your reservation. If we are unable to contact you at that time, your reservation may be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.

ご予約日の２営業日前までのキャンセルに対し、お客様がご予約されたお料理代金の50％を頂戴し、ご予約日の前日および当日は、ご予約されたお料理代金の100％をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。また日本在住の方以外の外国の方からのご予約は、ホテルコンシェルジュ、もしくはオンラインを通してのみ受け付けております。お客様それぞれに合わせたお料理の仕入れの都合上、前日までに確認のお電話をさせていただいております。その際、ご連絡のつかないお客様に関してはキャンセル扱いとなってしまう場合がございます。ご了承くださいませ。
